Bodywell Healthcare

At Bodywell Healthcare, our patients are at the centre of everything we do. We are committed to providing the latest evidence-informed osteopathic care for the whole family.

Our Mernda clinic has now re-opened, and appointments are available during normal hours. Appointments can be booked online via our website. Please contact the clinic if you prefer to speak to our friendly reception team or to find out more information about our services.

Due to stage 4 restrictions and new legislation from the Department of Health & Human Services, over the next six weeks we will only be able to provide face to face appointments for those in need of urgent care.

Urgent care will be decided on a case by case basis, but may include factors such as:
- If your pain is significantly impacting your functional independence
- If a delay in providing care would result in you attending an emergency department

You do NOT need a referral from a GP to attend for urgent care. However, if you think that you are in need of an urgent appointment please call us, and one of our osteopaths will have a chat with you prior to making an appointment.

Please note, we will have reduced hours over the next six weeks, as well as reduced reception availability. If you think that you are in need of an urgent appointment, please contact us via phone on 9717 1200 and leave us a voicemail, or you can email us at info@bodywellhealthcare.com.au

We are still available to you in other ways throughout the next six weeks! We will continue to have our Telehealth services running which can be booked online here, and we are available for contact by phone or email – our Osteo's are always more than happy to provide guidance on how to manage your pain, advise you on exercises to try, or even just to have a chat!

We thank you for your ongoing understanding and your support. We will get through the next six weeks together, and come out even stronger on the other side of this!
